I'm doing this.
I am practicing media blackout for 48 hours.
What is media blackout? It is not chasing global national local news. It is an intentional switch off. Not a dial back for some news chasing. A switch off.
In place of that chasing I engage and give my attention to other stuff. I don't need to tell you what that should be.
